WHEREAS the stability of the Holzer Empire has been lacking internal stability, and our Imperial Cousins the Princes of Holzborg hath proclaimed us the new Holzer Kaiser and that it is our duty to protect Holzborg.
HEREWITH order the complete mobilization of the Imperial Army of Holzborg AND the Imperial Navy of Holzborg.
Given effect with our hand and the Imperial seal, at Fredrick Palace in the Two-Thousand and Eighth year of our lord and in the first of our Reign.
