His Imperial Highness the Prince von Altenberg is extremely saddened by the current events within the glorious Reich that he created. His Imperial Highness is requesting the Reichstag of this great Empire to remember that no matter what happens in the future that this Reich is a Monarchy, and has been since its establishment. A monarchy is supposes to be stable and continuing. His Imperial Highness is making the following demand; “A Holzer Kaiser of Holzgerlingen blood will be placed on the Holzer Throne by September 15, 2009. If my demand is not met I will forcefully re-take the throne of Holzborg.”
