In accordance with the Citizenship and Simulation Law which now has been given imperial assent, this office will now have responsibility for simulated persons registry in the Empire.

Simulated persons are like characters made by ordinary citizens to help create a more realistic and enjoyable experience of Holzborg.

If the form is approved by the Office of Immigration, that simulated person may then be registered on forum and be used and treated as an ordinary citizen as says in the Citizenship and Simulation Law.
