As some of you may have noticed, I am moderator over every board. One might consider this excessive because I presumably have admin priviledges. Unfortunately, I do not have complete administrative powers. They are nearly complete- most everything except Groups. So while I can assign people to groups, I can't change the power of existing groups, create new ones, delete old ones &c. Also for some reason I also don't have actual universal moderation powers as any Global Mod/Admin figure should, so I manually have given myself board-specific moderation powers to make up for this. This is something of an unfortunate state of affairs. However, the old Kaiser Frederick aka Justin did not leave the hobby (he turned the Micran land of the Wilhelm Isles into a Japan-themed micronation called the Empire of Kazoku, which has gone inactive) and can be contacted via email and AIM. I will keep trying to contact him so we can get full admin powers, but it really isn't much of an issue. But... just in case you were wondering... there is an explanation.

Welcome back, Prinz von Altenberg! You've been missing for far too long. Full admin powers would be nice, for the facilitation of moderator powers for example. There are also a lot of redundant groups that I don't know the reason for.
