I herewith appoint His Serene Highness Victor von Drosselmeyer, Prince of Lichtenberg to the Office of Minister for the Interior. We feel that he shall faithfully execute the duties of this Office.

Given effect with our hand and the Imperial seal, at Fredrick Palace, on the 31st Day of the 12th Month in the Two-Thousand and Eighth year of our lord and in the first of our Reign.
